How Do I Get to Regirock in Emerald?

"Regirock" is one of the legendary Pokemon in the Nintendo Game Boy Advance role-playing game, "Pokemon: Emerald." Since "Emerald" is an enhanced version of "Pokemon: Ruby" and "Sapphire," the method to get to Regirock is the same with only minor differences. Regirock is, as its name suggests, a Rock- type Pokemon. It has the appearance of being made up out of stones and rocks. Regirock is a Level 40 Pokemon, so make sure your party members are at equal or higher levels to capture it once you get to it.

Instructions

  Capture a Relicanth from either Route 124 or 126. It is classified as a rare Pokemon, so you may have to go through a few battles until you randomly encounter one.

  Capture a Wailord form Route 129. It is a very rare Pokemon so it might be easier to capture a Wailmer and evolve it. Wailmers are common and are captured with a fishing rod from any of the spots along Routes 123 to 134.

  Place the Relicanth and Wailord in your party, then go the diving spot on Route 134. It is a patch of water that has a darker color than the surrounding ocean. You can use the currents west (left) of Pacifidlog Town to get to it.

  Use the "Dive" ability on the diving spot where you get a message that "The sea is deep here." Once underwater, go down all the way until you get to a spot on the wall that has Braille on it.

  Use "Dive" again by selecting "Yes" to the message "Light is filtering down from above. Do you want to use dive?" You will emerge in a sealed chamber.

  Walk to the top of the chamber and you'll see three sections of wall with more Braille on it. Use "Dig" in front of the middle section. A doorway will appear leading to a new chamber.

  Enter the doorway and arrange your party so that Relicanth is in the lead and Wailard is at the back. Walk up the wall with Braille and press "A" to trigger an earthquake. This will only happen if your party is in the correct order. Once this is done, a message will be shown stating "It sounded as if a door opened somewhere far away."

  Exit the chamber and make your way to Lavaridge Town. The easiest way is by using the "Fly" ability if one of your Pokemon knows it. Exit the town by going right so you end up on Route 112. Keep going right until you reach Route 111, then go up.

  Go up to enter the desert, then go right until you are past the rocks. Go down until you reach a cave that has six large rocks surrounding it. Enter the cave and go up to the Braille inscriptions in the back. Press "A" to read the message.

  Take two steps left, then two steps down (tap "Left," "Left," "Down" and "Down" on the d-pad), then open your inventory and select "Rock Smash." A doorway will open in the back which allows you to finally get to Regirock. Go through the doorway to find Regirock waiting for you.
