How to Get all the HMs in Pokemon Mystery Dungeons

In the Pokemon "Mystery Dungeon" games for the Game Boy Advance, Hidden Machines (HMs) can teach a Pokemon a move multiple times without breaking. Certain areas can only be accessed by either possessing the required HM or the move that the HM teaches. These items are scattered throughout the game and, while some will inevitably come into your possession as you progress, others are well-hidden and will require a great deal of effort to obtain.
