How to Get Through Team Rocket's HQ in Pokemon: Soul Silver

Just after you catch or defeat the Red Gyrados, Lance, the dragon master and final member of the Elite Four, asks you to investigate problems the Pokemon in the lake near Mahogany Town have been experiencing. As you may have guessed, Team Rocket is behind everything, and it becomes your job to get through their headquarters and defeat the Team Rocket leaders. The headquarters is a three-floor maze located beneath the unmarked PokeMart in Mahogany Town filled with password-protected locked doors. To gain the passwords, you will need to defeat various trainers along the way.

Instructions

- 1
  Walk past the Persian statue to trigger two battles with Rocket Grunts, then make a left followed by a right. Head down and defeat the Scientist to use the computer. The computer will allow you to shut off the statue security system.

  Head back up, then left and defeat the Scientist you meet. You will arrive at a field filled with booby traps, past which you must take the set of stairs to Basement One.

  Talk to Lance to heal your Pokemon, then defeat the two Grunts to receive your first password. Walk east and down the stairs to reach Basement Two.

  Talk to Lance again if you need to heal your Pokemon, then head north and defeat the Scientist and Rocket Grunt to get your second password. From here move to the basement's northeast corner and go up the stairs.

  Walk west until you reach a Grunt, whom you must defeat, then head down the stairs again. From here take the next flight of stairs, which you will see immediately, to arrive at a set of locked doors. Use your password here to be admitted to the room where you will fight the bosses and finally leave Team Rocket Headquarters.
