How to Unlock the Regis Pokemons

"Regirock," "Regice" and "Registeel" represent the "Legendary Golems" of the "Hoenn" region, a trio created by the illustrious master Golem, "Regigigas." First introduced in the Pokemon "Ruby" and "Sapphire" games, the golems "sleep" deep within the "Sealed Chamber" near Route 134. Traversing the Sealed Chamber and reading the Braille tablets scattered throughout reveals the lore associated with the golems, the same lore eventually releasing them into the Hoenn region.

Instructions

  Capture the Pokemon "Relicanth" and "Wailord" before heading to the "Ocean Current" nearby Route 134. The depths of the Sealed Chamber require Relicanth and Wailord in your active Pokemon party in order to unseal the Regis. Head to Route 124 or 126 to use the HM, or Hidden Move, "Dive" to find Relicanth. Use a Dive Ball or any Pokeball to capture it. Return to the surface and head to Route 129, using the HM Surf to encounter a Wailord. Capture Wailord and exit the water to fly back to Route 134.

  Put Relicanth in the first slot of your active party and Wailord in the last slot. Surf west from outside Pacifidlog Town nearby Route 134 until you find the Ocean Current. Ride the southern part of the current to approach several dark pits ahead. Use "Dive" to enter the nearest dark pit.

  Travel underwater to find an exit shrouded in light, continuing south around the rocks ahead. Press the "A" button while traveling on the water to read a Braille message explaining you must continue forward. Continue ahead to find the entrance to the Sealed Chamber. Go inside and walk to the tablet on the chamber's far west side.

  Use the HM "Dig" in front of the tablet to reveal a hole. Walk inside the hole to find several other tablets. The Braille on each tablet tells a story about the origins of the Golems. Go to the back of the room to find a large tablet, and watch the scene at the tablet after approaching it. Exit the Sealed Chamber to search for the Regis throughout the Hoenn region.
