How to Breed Eevee Evolutions in Platinum

"Pokemon Platinum" takes an old Pokemon, Eevee, and gives it new life by introducing several alternate evolutions. With "Platinum," your Eevee can now evolve into seven different Pokemon. Nintendo, however, sought to do something different with this version of the "Pokemon" games, so many of these evolutions are achieved in ways that players never used in the past.

Instructions

Espeon
- 1
  Feed Berries to your Eevee to max out its happiness. You can also increase your Eevee's happiness by placing it into a special Poke Ball, such as the Luxury Ball or Soothing Ball.

  Wait until it is between 4 a.m. and 8 p.m. in terms of in-game time. You can only make Eevee evolve into Espeon during this time period.

  Engage in fights with your Eevee until it levels up; if its happiness is maxed out and the time is correct, it will evolve into Espeon.
Umbreon
- 4
  Feed Berries to your Eevee to max out its happiness. You can also increase its happiness by placing it in a special Poke Ball, such as a Luxury Ball or Soothing Ball.

  Wait until it is between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. in terms of in-game time. This is the only time period in which Eevee can evolve into Umbreon.

  Engage in fights with your Eevee until it levels up; if its happiness is maxed out and the time is correct, it will evolve into Umbreon.
Flareon
- 7
  Travel to the Underground by activating the Explorer Kit, which you can obtain from the Underground Man in Eterna City.

  Dig around the walls using a Digging Kit until you obtain a Fire Stone.

  Activate the Fire Stone on your Eevee. It will evolve into Flareon.
Jolteon
- 10
  Travel to the Underground by activating the Explorer Kit.

  Dig around the walls using a Digging Kit until you obtain a Thunder Stone.

  Activate the Thunder Stone on your Eevee. It will evolve into Jolteon.
Vaporeon

  Travel to The Underground by activating the Explorer Kit.

  Dig around the walls using a Digging Kit until you obtain a Water Stone.

  Activate the Water Stone on your Eevee. It will evolve into Vaporeon.
Glaceon
- 16
  Travel to the Ice Rock on Route 217 in Sinnoh.
- 17
  Engage in fights with your Eevee while on Route 217.
- 18
  Continue to fight until your Eevee levels up while on Route 217. It will evolve into Glaceon.
Leafeon
- 19
  Travel to Eterna Forest, which is to the west of Eterna City and is on route 205.
- 20
  Engage in fights with your Eevee while in Eterna Forest.
- 21
  Continue to fight until your Eevee levels up while in Etenra Forest. It will evolve into Leafeon.
