How to Raise Levels Fast in Pokemon Sapphire

The best way to hastily level up Pokemon in "Pokemon Sapphire" is by battling in locations filled with high level monsters. Pokemon grow to the next numerical level when they gather enough experience points. Defeating a high level opponent rewards the winning Pokemon with additional exp, which forces it to level up even more quickly. By going on a battling fieldtrip with your Pokemon to relatively dangerous places, you will level up your Pokemon more rapidly.

  Enter any Pokemart location and buy plenty of healing items just in case things take a turn for the worse on your adventure. Ethers, Potions and Revive items may be needed to keep your Pokemon team healthy enough to survive in dangerous levels.

  Bring the Pokemon that you want to level up to Victory Road. Victory Road is a lengthy cavernous dungeon positioned north of Ever Grande City.

  Travel down into the basement levels of Victory Road. The deeper you go into the cave, the stronger Pokemon you will find. All of the wild Pokemon found in the second basement level of Victory Road are all at least level 40.

  Battle and knock out as many wild Pokemon as your own monster can. The large amounts of experience rewarded per defeated Pokemon will speedily level up your own Pokemon. Giving your Pokemon a strong offensive attack such as "Hydro Pump" or "Earthquake" makes defeating enemy Pokemon easier.
