How to Find the Regis in Pokemon Sapphire for the Computer

Unlocking the Regi Trio

  Fly to Pacifidog Town. Surf westward, avoiding the currents until you near the bottom of the screen. Enter the current to be carried to an island surrounded by rocks. Walk up and to the top left of the island then use Surf again.

  Reenter the current, which will carry you to another area of land. Walk down until you see another patch of surfable water but walk left rather than entering it. After you have gone as far left as possible, use Surf again to enter another current. Continue surfing around the rocky area once the current has deposited you, going up until you see two girls. Turn left and continue until you reach land on which you can walk instead of surf. Walk around the island to the bottom left corner then surf again, heading left.

  Surf until you reach another patch of land and walk straight ahead. Use Surf once more when you reach the end. Continue straight until you reach a darker blue patch of water you can dive into.

  Dive down and then enter the underwater cave. Head down until you are standing in front of a rock with Braille writing on it then resurface.

  Go forward toward several more rocks with Braille on them, then use Dig to be brought to a room with more rocks with Braille writing. There are three rows of two rocks each. Ignore these and head toward the rock in the back of the room.

  Put Relicanth in the first slot of your party and switch Wailord to the last slot. While facing the last rock, press "A" to open the doors to the Regi trio's lairs.

Regirock

  Fly to Mauville and enter the desert to the north of the town. Check the large rock in the southern part of the desert, which should read "Right, Right, Down Down." Then use Strength.

  Head right two steps and down two steps from the rock before using Strength. A door will open in the rock.

  Save your game then enter the door to face the Rock-type Regirock. You may now capture or defeat it as you see fit.

Regice

  Fly to Dewford and head all the way north. Surf up and toward the left, passing a small island with a man and trees on it. Continue until you find another island; this one has a large rock in the center.

  Press "A" when facing the rock, which says "Stop and wait." Wait for time to pass twice.

  Wait for two minutes and a door will appear.

  Save your game, before entering the door, to battle the Ice-type Regice. Capture or defeat it, whichever you prefer.

Registeel

  Head to Lilycove City and go westward, past the Safari Zone to travel along Route 120.

  Continue until you reach a set of steps then climb upward. Go through the tall grass then enter the cave.

  Read the Braille inscription on the rock, which says, "With new time, hope and love, aim to the sky in the middle."

  Go to the center of the cave and use Fly to open the door.

  Save your game then head through the door. The Steel-type Registeel awaits in the next room. Capture or defeat it.
