How to Find a Charmander in Pokemon: Sapphire

Debuting in November 2002, "Pokemon Sapphire" and "Pokemon Ruby" were the first Pokemon games released for Nintendo's Game Boy Advance. Like previous releases, "Pokemon Sapphire" brought new life to the "Pokemon" universe by adding 135 new species of Pokemon. Despite the additional Pokemon, you may still want to use some of the older Pokemon, such as Charmander. While Charmander is not found in the wild, there is a way to acquire it without the use of cheating devices.
