What Do You Do After You Get All Six Badges in Pokemon Special Pikachu Edition?

After you topple gym leaders throughout the Kanto region in "Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition" and acquires all eight gym badges, you must continue engaging in battles to win the game. The game's final series of battles includes fighting against the Elite Four, the Pokemon masters of the world. Train a variety of different Pokemon types to ensure success.
  1. Elite Four - Lorelei

    • Enter Indigo Plateau, located north of Route 23, to face the first of the Elite Four. Lorelei's specialty rests in Ice-type Pokemon. Her party consists of Slowbro, Jynx, Lapras, Cloyster and Dewgong. All of her Pokemon are between levels 53 and 56. Fighting, Rock and Fire-type Pokemon prove most effective against Ice types. Use Pokemon several level highers than those in Lorelei's party to ensure that your Pokemon do not get knocked out before facing other members of the Elite Four.

    Elite Four - Bruno

    • Bruno's specialty lies in rock and fighting-type Pokemon. Water, Grass, Fighting or Ground-type Pokemon will prove useful against Bruno's rock types, such as his two Onix. Fighting types, such as Bruno's Machamp, Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan, are weakest against Flying- and Psychic-type Pokemon. His roster of five Pokemon, like Lorelei's, are between levels 53 and 56.

    Elite Four - Agatha

    • Agatha's five Poison- and Ghost-type Pokemon will show weakness against Ghost-, Ground- and Psychic-type Pokemon. Her party consists of Golbat, Gengar, Arbok, Haunter and another Gengar. Her Pokemon are between levels 55 and 60. While Ghost, Ground and Psychic types will have an advantage in battle against Agatha's Pokemon, they should use Ghost-, Ground- and Psychic-type attacks as well (such as "Confusion" for Psychic-type Pokemon).

    Elite Four - Lance

    • Lance's specialty is in Dragon-type Pokemon such as Gyarados, Dragonair, Dragonite and Aerodactyl. He will use two Dragonair Pokemon when you face him. His roster consists of Pokemon between levels 56 and 62. Use ice or dragon-type Pokemon for the best odds. Grass-, Water-, Fire- and Electric-type Pokemon are not very effective against Dragon Pokemon.

    Elite Four - Your Rival

    • Named "Gary" in series canon, your rival defeated the Elite Four before your arrival. You must defeat Gary to become the Pokemon Master. His party consists of Sandslash, Alakazam, Cloyster, Ninetales, Jolteon and Exeggutor. His Pokemon are between levels 59 and 65. Use a Water, Grass or Ice type against Sandslash and a Bug or Ghost type against Alakazam. Cloyster, a Water and Ice type, will show weakness against Fire- and Grass-type Pokemon, among others. Use a Fire- or Bug-type Pokemon against Exeggutor; a Ground-type against Jolteon; and a Water, Ground or Rock type against Ninetales to defeat Gary.
