How to Evolve Feebas in Pokemon Sapphire

One of the most well kept secrets in "Pokemon Sapphire" is how to evolve a weak Feebas into a mighty Milotic. If you have found and captured a wild Feebas, you have already conquered the first major hurdle. To evolve a Feebas into a Milotic, you must raise its beauty level to its maximum value. Make Feebas the prettiest creature in your stable of Pokemon, and you will own a beautiful Milotic in no time.

Instructions

  Collect berries to create blue and indigo Pokeblocks that improve a Pokemon's beauty status. The best berries to use are Wiki, Hondew and Pamtre berries. Find Wiki berries on Route 120 and Hondew berries on Route 119. Obtain a Pamtre berry by going to the Berry Master's wife on Route 123 and telling her, "Challenge Contest."

  Create Pokeblocks by entering a Contest Hall and using its Berry Blender machine. Place the berries into the machine, and a berry mixing minigame will begin. Press the "A" button when the spinning arrow passes over the red indicator on your corner of the Berry Blender. If you match the spinner with your indicator perfectly each time it rotates, you will receive a quality Pokeblock. If you receive a low quality Pokeblock for missing too many rotations during the blending process, discard it and attempt to make a higher quality Pokeblock.

  Feed Feebas up to 12 blue or indigo colored Pokeblocks. These food items will permanently increase the Pokemon's beauty status, but take care to use only high quality berries when making these dry flavored treats, as Feebas will only consume up to 12 of them.

  Check the beauty status of Feebas under the Condition page of the Pokemon Navigator menu. If there is a long, green spike leading from the center of the pentagon to the corner of the blue beauty point, Feebas is beautiful enough to evolve.

  Level up Feebas a single level and it will evolve into Milotic if its beauty status is high enough.
