How to Place the Poke Ball in the Shrine

"Pokemon: HeartGold" is a critically acclaimed single-player roleplaying game released for the Nintendo DS in March 2010. One area of particular importance in "Pokemon HeartGold" is the Shrine area in Ilex Forest. This Shrine is used to gain access to the rare Pokemon Celebi, but before he appears, you must place a Poke Ball inside of the Shrine itself.

Instructions

      Travel to the Ilex Forest area.

      Make your way to the center of the forest, where the Shrine is located.

      Walk up to the Shrine and press the "B" button to pull up the action menu..

      Scroll down to "Items" and select a "Master Poke Ball" by pressing the "B" button when your cursor is on the ball.

    • 5

      Exit the action menu, and your Poke Ball should be placed inside the Shrine. Celebi should attack you soon after you have placed the ball in the Shrine.
