How to Get to Navel Rock in Sapphire

Navel Rock is a special island in "Pokemon Sapphire" for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. You can only access Navel Rock if you have received the Mystic Ticket via Nintendo's Mystery Gift option. On Navel Rock, you can capture the two legendary Pokemon first introduced with "Pokemon Gold" and "Pokemon Silver," Ho-oh and Lugia. Ho-oh is at the very top of Navel Rock and Lugia can be found at the bottom floor.

Instructions

  Go to any Nintendo-sponsored Pokemon event that contains a Wonder Spot and download the Mystic Ticket via the Mystery Gift option. If there are no events in your area, you can place a Mystic Ticket into your inventory via an Action Replay device.

  Travel to Lilycove City and show the boat attendant the Mystic Ticket.

  Board the S.S. Tidal. The S.S. Tidal will take you straight to Navel Rock, where you can capture Lugia, located on the bottom floor, or Ho-oh, located at the top of Navel Rock.
