How to Learn Flame Burst

Leveling

  Check to see whether your Pokemon can learn Flame Burst by leveling. Pokemon that can do so are Charmeleon, Charizard, Vulpiz, Growlithe, Magmar, Slugma, Magcargo, Magby, Numel, Camerupt, Magmortal, Victini, Pansear, Simisear, Litwick, Lampent, Chandelure and Heatmor.

  Fight against other Pokemon to earn experience points. Experience points are necessary for leveling up your character. Click on the Pokemon enemy to find out its level. Fight against enemies with higher levels to earn more experience points.

  Continue to fight until you reach the level necessary for your character to learn the move. Each character has a specific level it must reach: (1) Heatmor and Litwick; (20) Lampent and Chandelure; (21) Camerupt and Magmortar; (22) Simisear; (23) Magcargo and Magby; (24) Growlithe; (28) Charmeleon and Numel; (31) Magmar; (32) Charizard, Victini, Slugma and Vulpiz; (41) Pansear.

  Select your "fire" attack move after reaching the proper level. You can now select from a list of fire attack move updates. Select the Flame Burst attack to learn the move.

Breeding

  Check to see whether your character can learn Flame Burst by breeding. Pokemon that can do so are Fire Torchic, Fire Electrike, Electric Torkoal, Fire Stunky and Poison.

  Take two of these Pokemon character types to the day care. These characters must be of opposite genders. Leave them with the day care lady and leave. The Pokemon will breed while you are gone.

  Return a day later to collect your Pokemon. You will also receive an egg containing the newly bred Pokemon.

  Click on your egg to see how many days it has left before it hatches. Watch the egg until it hatches, then click on the newly born Pokemon to check its stats. If it does not have the Flame Burst attack, breed your Pokemon until they produce an offspring that does.
