How Do I Evolve Feebas in SoulSilver?

Feebas was one of the most difficult Pokemon to evolve when it was introduced in the third-generation Pokemon games. While other Pokemon evolve from leveling, trading, using items or gaining happiness, Feebas only evolves when its Beauty stat is high. Once its Beauty is maxed, it evolves into Milotic. However, in "Pokemon SoulSilver," methods used to raise Beauty in other games, such as Pokeblocks and Poffins, don't exist.

Instructions

  Obtain a Feebas. Feebas can be traded from another fourth-generation Pokemon game, such as "Platinum," "Pearl" or "Diamond." Feebas can also be caught using the Pokewalker. Save up 100,000 Watts and you can purchase The Quiet Cave. Feebas can be found in this course and transferred back to your regular game.

  Travel to Pallet Town, the starting town, with your Feebas. Go into your rival's house. His sister, Daisy Oak, will offer to give one of your Pokemon a massage once a day. Give the massage to your Feebas.

  Repeat the massages every day. Each time Feebas is massaged, it will gain a little to its hidden Beauty stat. After about 8 massages, your Feebas will have sufficient Beauty to evolve.

  Level your Feebas in battle or using a Rare candy to force its evolution into Milotic.
