How to Get to the Top of Pyre in Emerald

In "Pokémon Emerald," Mt. Pyre is a mountain that is dedicated to the remembrance of deceased Pokémon. The interior of Mt. Pyre is laid out like the other caves in the game, and you have to fight random battles while making your way to the top of the mountain. You can also battle other trainers, and you will encounter Team Aqua on the route to the top.

Instructions

  Travel to Lilycove City and then head west from the city until you reach the dock area.

  Use the Surf ability to travel in an eastern direction until you reach Mt. Pyre. Go around it to the other side in order to find the entrance.

  Enter Mt. Pyre through the cave and then walk to the left to find an exit that takes you back to the outside of the mountain.

  Exit the mountain and then walk right until you reach some steps. Go up the steps and then continue left through the grass until you reach another set of steps going up.

  Walk up the steps and then continue to the right. Climb another set of steps. Ignore the next set of steps right in front of you and go left. Go up the two sets of steps in the middle of the area where the grass is a darker color.

  Go straight up the next four sets of steps to reach the top of Mt. Pyre.
