How to Get the EON Ticket on Emerald without the Ruby

In "Pokémon Emerald," the EON ticket is a special item that allows you to catch the legendary Pokémon, Latios or Latias. The EON ticket is not available anywhere in the game, so players normally transfer it into the game from "Pokémon Ruby." If you do not have a copy of "Pokémon Ruby," you can still get the ticket if you own an Action Replay cheat code device. The correct code puts the ticket right into your inventory.
