How to Tribute in Yu-Gi-Oh Sacred Cards

"Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards" was released in 2003 and has since sold over 700,000 copies in the United States. Knowing how to successfully tribute summon a powerful monster is an important skill and can give you an edge in an important battle. Tribute summoning is the only way to summon a monster level 5 and higher. A stronger monster can be summoned by successfully tributing the appropriate amount of lower level monsters.

Instructions

- 1
  Select which monsters to tribute. Highlight the monster cards you wish to tribute using the Gameboy's arrow keys. They will appear yellow when highlighted.

  Press the "A" button with the monster cards selected. A menu will appear.

  Scroll down using the arrow keys and select "Tribute" using the "A" button. A short animation will appear.
- 4
  Select the higher level monster you would like to summon then press the "A" button. The new monster will be successfully tribute summoned.
