Catrap
Catrap is a puzzle and platforming video game developed by Ask Kodansha for the Game Boy in 1990. In Catrap, plays control a cat as it tries to maneuver through a maze-like room that contains intricate obstacles and enemies. The player can move the obstacle in different directions to try to advance. If the player gets stuck due to the way an obstacle is moved, the cat can use its time travel ability to reverse the last movement. Pitman, which is the alternate title, includes 100 levels for the player to complete, with each new level becoming harder.
Ultimate Brain Games
Ultimate Brain Games is a puzzle and logic video game developed by Cosmigo for the Game Boy Advance in 2003. The game features multiple thinking games for one or more players, including Chess, Connect Four, Reversi, Mahjong, Checkers, Battleship and Dominoes. Each individual game follows the same rules as its board game counterpart. There are 10 different levels of artificial intelligence for computer play, ranging from beginner to highly advanced.
Yoshi's Cookie
Yoshi's Cookie is a puzzle game developed and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy in 1993. The game features two of Nintendo's most popular characters: Mario and Yoshi. Players are presented with a virtual grid of several types of cookies that resemble a Rubik's Cube. The objective in each stage is for Mario to create lines of matching cookies, which are then fed to Yoshi. The game includes two playable mode's--Adventure and Puzzle.
Dr. Mario
Dr. Mario is an action and puzzle game developed by Nintendo for the Game Boy in 1990. In the game, Mario must destroy the viruses that engulf the playing field by attaching vitamins to them. The vitamins drop down to the playing field in similar fashion as Tetris and players must maneuver the two-sided vitamin until its color matches the color of the virus. The virus is either colored red, yellow or blue, while the vitamin is a combination of the three possible colors. A level is completed once all of the viruses have been eliminated from the playing field.
