How to Sell Game Boy Games

Research eBay, used game websites, Craigslist and used video game stores to see how much Game Boy games are selling for. Set a comparable price for yours. Decide whether you will sell the games individually or as a package. Consider selling the games individually at first, but then as a package later if you cannot get rid of them.

Become an Ebay seller by clicking "Register" on the Ebay homepage and following the directions on the screen. Agree to eBay's terms and conditions before opening an account. Photograph each game you are selling so that potential buyers will be able to see what they are getting. Write a brief description of each game you are selling in case buyers have not played the games. Set the beginning price of the games for sale lower than the price you researched to attract bidders. If the games sell, they will most likely end up selling for more than the price you researched.

Start an account on Craigslist by going to your town or city's most relevant Craigslist page. Click on "Post to Classifieds" on the top-left corner of the screen and follow the on-screen instructions. You cannot place the same add in multiple towns and cities on Craigslist, so make sure you pick the place that is closest to you.

Advertise your used Game Boy games on used media websites such as Sell Video Games or or Spun. Websites like these have a given price they offer for various Game Boy games. Depending on the game, you could be offered anywhere from 15 cents to $7 for your games. Use the websites as a backup if you cannot sell them on your own.
