How to Find Rotom on Pokemon Pearl

Rotom is one of the best hidden Pokemon in "Pokemon Pearl." Unlike most Pokemon, you don't encounter Rotom in a random fight. It can only be found in one place, and you need to know where and when to look. Rotom is an electric/ghost-type Pokemon that possesses household appliances. Rotom has no evolutions. Instead, its abilities vary depending on which appliance it is possessing at the time.

     Go to the exit in the Eterna Forest area at night after you have your National Dex. Look for a small path that goes north. Follow the path until you reach the Hidden Chateau.

     Enter the Hidden Chateau through the front door and head up the stairs. In the second room you will find a television set that is turned on.

     Tap the "A" button when standing next to the TV to turn it off, and Rotom will appear.
