Fly or walk to the S.S. Tidal's dock in Lilycove City to meet Scott. He will give you a "Frontier Pass." The ship will take you to the Frontier. You will able to fly there too after this meeting.
Enter the Battle Dome and compete in random battles with the trainers there. Win 19 battles to attract Tucker. Tucker has a Swampert, a Salamence and a Charizard. Defeat her to win a silver Dome badge.
Return to the Battle Dome, if you have left it by now, and win another 20 battles. The last will be against Tucker again. Defeat her Swampert, Latias and Metagross team to win the Gold badge for the Dome.
Go into the Battle Pike, the building shaped like a Seviper. Compete against trainers in 28 rooms until you face Lucy, the Tube Queen. Her team is composed of a Seviper, a Milotic, and a Shuckle. Win the battle, and you'll win the Silver Battle Pike Badge.
Win another 121 battles in Battle Pike and fight Lucy again. This time she will have Seviper, Gyarados and a Steelix.
Defeat 27 foes in the Battle Arena then face Arena Captain Greta. She has Heracross, Umbreon and Shedinja. Shedinja's ability makes him very hard to hit, despite having very low HP. Defeat her team to get the Battle Arena's silver Badge. Return to the arena and fight 27 more battles until you face Greta again. This time she will have Umbreon, Gengar and Breloom. Defeat her again to claim the Battle Arena's Gold badge.
Win 21 battles in the Battle Factory to attract Nolan. Nolan uses a Grovyle, Octillery and Omastar team. Win this battle for the Silver medal. Repeat the process then fight Nolan's new team of Espeon, Venusaur and Nidoking for the Gold badge.
Fight and win 21 battles in the Battle Palace and face Palace Maven Spenser's pets, a Crobat, Slaking and Lapras. Win this battle for the silver Palace badge. Repeat the battle sequence and when you face Spenser the second time he will have Arcanine, Slaking and Suicune. Beat them and you will get the Gold Palace Badge.
Climb the first 21 floors Battle Pyramid to fight Brandon, the Pyramid King, and his Regi team of Regiice, Registeel and Regirock.
Complete the battles needed to reach the 70th floor of the Pyramid to face Brandon again, this time with the legendary birds Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. Win the battle for the Gold Pyramid Badge
Go to the Battle Tower. Win 34 battles to confront Salan Maiden Anabel. Her team is comprised of Alakazam, Entei and Snorlax. Win the battle to win the silver Tower Medal.
Win another 34 battles in the tower to meet Anabel again. Her Pokemon will be Raikou, Snorlax and Latios. Defeat her to win the final badge, the Gold Tower Badge.
