The "Pokemon Pearl" version of the Pokemon games is the first role-playing style Pokemon game for the Nintendo DS. In the Pokemon video games, players collect monsters to do battle with other players and in-game Pokemon trainers. You can perform an in-game reset of your "Pokemon Pearl" if you encounter a glitch or error.

Start the Pokemon game if it's not already in progress.

Press the "Left" and "Right" buttons as well as "Start" and "Select."

Wait for your game to reset before powering off the device.
