How to Evolve Dragonair in Pokemon FireRed

"Pokemon FireRed" and "Pokemon LeafGreen" were released together for the GameBoy Color in 2004. The two games are nearly identical, with the exception of certain Pokemon exclusively placed into each copy of the game. In "Pokemon FireRed," you can capture a Dragonair for your collection. If you want to evolve your Dragonair into Dragonite, the only thing you can do is battle other Pokemon until it reaches level 55.

     Walk around in tall grass until a wild Pokemon attacks you.

     Press "A" on "Pkmn" and then "Dragonair" if he is not set to automatically come out first.

     Press "A" on "Fight."

     Pick an attack from the list for Dragonair to perform it. Keep attacking the Pokemon until it faints. Dragonair will gain experience toward its next level. Keep battling Pokemon to raise it further.
