How to Find Regice in Emerald

"Pokemon: Emerald Version" features many different Pokemon for players to catch, train and battle against. While many Pokemon are easily found in the wilderness, there are some incredibly strong Pokemon that are hidden. These Pokemon are called "Legendaries," and Regice is one of them. Once you have triggered the earthquake in the underwater cavern on Route 134, the door to Regice will open.

Instructions

- 1
  Travel to Petalburg City. Using surf, navigate through the ocean to the left until you reach an island. Once on the island, surf again to the north to find Regice's cave.

  Walk to the back of the room. Stand next to the sign.

  Run a lap around the room. Hold down "B" and move your character along the sides of the cave, never moving away from the cave walls. The door will open once a complete lap has been made and you are back at the starting point.

  Walk through the door. Press "A" next to Regice to begin battle.
- 5
  Use your Pokemon's fighting skills to bring Regice's health to a low state. Then use your Pokeballs to capture Regice and add him to your group of Pokemon.
