How to Trade Pokemon FireRed

"Pokemon FireRed" is a role-playing game developed by Game Freak and released by Nintendo for its Game Boy Advance hand-held console. The game allows players to follow the steps of a young pokemon trainer who journeys to become the top trainer in his region by battling, collecting, breeding and even trading fighting monsters known as pokemon. If you wish to trade pokemon with another gamer, the process can be a simple one if you have the right equipment.

  Connect your Game Boy Advance to your friend's with the GBA link cable. Turn both Game Boy Advances on and begin playing your games.

  Travel to any pokemon center in the region. Make sure your friend does the same.

  Go to the far right counter on the second floor of the pokemon center and select the "Trade Center" option. Make sure your friend does the same. You will meet your friend in the trading center and can then trade any pokemon you have in your bag for any pokemon in your friend's bag.
