How to Get to Mirage Island

Mirage Island is secret location in the “Pokemon Emerald” video game for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. The appearance of the island in the game is random. However, you can make sure the island is accessible by talking to a man in Pacifidlog Town. On the island you can catch a rare Pokemon and collect a berry item that is used for blocking attacks for your Pokemon when they are in a battle.

Instructions

  Continue down Route 131 until you reach Pacifidlog Town. Walk to the house at the bottom right corner of the town.

  Enter the house and talk to the man staring at the wall by pressing the “A” button on your Game Boy Advance. The man will tell you if the Mirage Island is available or not.

  Come back to the man in Pacifidlog Town each time you play the game until he tells you that he sees Mirage Island, meaning it’s available.

  Walk out of the house and move down the Route 130 path until you can see Mirage Island. Use your surf move to get over to the island.
- 5
  Go through the grassy areas of the island and you will find Wynaut Pokemon that you can catch. You can also collect the liechi berry item.
