Jirachi
Insert Pokemon Ruby into your Game Boy Advance (GBA). Plug the GBA link cable into the top of your GBA. Plug the other end into the second GameCube controller port.
Turn on your GBA and start your game in Pokemon Ruby. Check your party to make sure you have one free slot available to receive Jirachi. Store a Pokemon in the computer at a Pokemon Center if you need to free up space. Turn off the GBA.
Place the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc into your GameCube and power on the system. Scroll through the game screens until you reach “Jirachi Special Gift.” Press “A” on your GameCube controller.
Press “A” to skip through the prompts. Turn on your GBA when prompted. Jirachi will transfer over to your Pokemon Ruby game.
Press “A” on your GBA after Jirachi has been received to terminate the connection.
Deoxys
Connect a Game Boy Advance with Pokemon Ruby to a Game Boy Advance with Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen. The FireRed or LeafGreen game must have Deoxys in the player&'s party.
Turn on both games and travel in each game to the second floor of any Pokemon Center. Speak with the desk attendant to activate the Cable Club and trading.
Select any Pokemon on the Ruby game to trade. Select Deoxys on FireRed or LeafGreen to trade.
Confirm the trade. The Pokemon will swap cartridges and Deoxys will be added to the Pokemon Ruby user&'s party.
