How to Catch Deoxys on Emerald

The Pokemon series of video games for Nintendo game consoles has been around for a long time. Deoxys is a psychic-type Pokemon found in many places throughout the Pokemon world including video games, anime, and manga. In the "Emerald" version of the video game, this Pokemon can only be found at Birth Island and only after completing the Birth Island Puzzle. However, this ̶0;legendary̶1; Pokemon is worth going after.

Instructions

- 1
  Purchase a few Ultra Balls from a Pokemart--at least five Ultra Balls since Deoxys isn̵7;t exactly easy to catch.

  Level up your Pokemon to at least level 30. That is the usual level of Deoxys when you find it in the wild.

  Get an Aurora ticket in order to be able to visit the Birth Island, where Deoxys will be found. In order to get one of these, you̵7;ll need either a game shark and the proper cheats or to have visited a Nintendo event and gotten a ̶0;Wonder Spot.̶1;

  Go to the Birth Island and complete the Birth Island puzzle, which consists of touching various randomly placed triangles. As soon as the puzzle has been solved, Deoxys will come out of the wild to fight your Pokemon.

  Fight Deoxys until it has less than half of its health and then throw an Ultra Ball at it by selecting Bag/Poke Balls/Ultra Ball/Use. If Deoxys is not caught, bring down its health some more and then throw another Ultra Ball at it. Repeat this step until you have captured Deoxys.
