How to Navigate Victory Road on Pokemon Blue Version

Go to Viridian City, and head west to Route 22. You will find your rival, who you must defeat in a Pokemon battle. After you win, he will move, and will allow you to pass him in order to go to the Victory Road entrance.

Walk north towards the Victory Road entrance, showing your eight Badges to the eight guards blocking your path.

Push the boulder you see one space down, then as far right as you can, then two spaces up, then as far right as you can, then two spaces up, then one space right, and finally one space down. This should trigger a switch that will open up the Victory Road passageways. You can take the right path for some treasure, or you can take the left path to progress further.

Start going north when the left path ends, and you will find a ladder. Go up this ladder to the second floor, then head south.

Push the boulder in the new room one space down, then one space left, then one space down, and finally one space left onto the switch. After that, head up north and climb onto a landmass. Follow this landmass until you can exit it, and then start walking right.

Head up along the right wall of the landmass until you come to a rock face. Climb the ladder there to get to the third floor. Push the boulder here two spaces up, then left to the wall, then one space down, then four spaces left, then three spaces down, and finally one space right onto the switch.

Head right and climb onto the landmass, following it until you can exit. Start heading right until you find another boulder, which you can push into a hole and jump in after. Push the boulder all the way left onto the last switch, which will open the exit to Victory Road.
