How to Link Gameboys Together

A Gameboy is a portable, handheld gaming device manufactured by Nintendo. There were several versions of the Gameboy, including the original Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance. One feature of the Gameboy is the ability to link up to other Gameboys. Originally, you could only connect two Gameboys together, but with the Gameboy Advance, you are able to connect up to four Gameboys. For the link to work, both Gameboys need to be running the same two-player game.

Things You'll Need

• 2 two-player Gameboy games
• 2 Gameboys
• Gameboy link cable.

Instructions

     Insert the two-player game into each of the Gameboys. The game must be the same in each Gameboy.

   • 2

     Connect the link cable between the two Gameboys. The location of the link cable port on each of the Gameboys is different, depending on the model of the Gameboy you are using.

   • 3

     Turn on each Gameboy and select two-player mode in the game.
