How to Get to Four Island on Pokémon FireRed

"Pokémon FireRed" is the remake of the original "Pokémon Red" version of the gaming series. You control a young Pokémon trainer who aspires to be the Pokémon Master in the world of Kanto. Throughout your journey, you battle other trainers and gym leaders, culminating in the final fight with the Elite Four. Once you beat the game, there are still plenty of places to unlock and explore, such as Four Island.

Instructions

- 1
  Play the game as you normally would and beat the Elite Four. Afterward, capture all 60 different Pokémon in FireRed to collect their data in your Pokédex.

  Return to Pallet Town and speak to Professor Oak. He will give you the National Dex, which is one of the requirements to access Four Island.

  Head to One Island and enter the Pokémon Center to speak to Celio. Then exit the Pokémon Center and head north to Mt. Ember.

  Take the path to the right of the entrance into Mt. Ember and engage the two Team Rocket members. Once you win the battle, enter the cave entrance that was behind them.

  Follow the path inside the cave and use a Pokémon with Strength to move the first rock to the right. Then go around the corner and push the rock to the side so you can proceed.

  Move the last rock at the top of the path and proceed down the ladder. Follow the path on the second floor until you reach a rock puzzle. Push this rock to the right, then move above it to push it down and proceed further down the path.

  Head south when you reach the fork in the road. Read the message in Braille, then proceed down the path until you reach a room with the Ruby Gem.

  Collect the Ruby Gem, then head back to the Pokémon Center on One Island. Speak to Celio to trade the Ruby Gem for a Rainbow Pass, which will allow you passage to Four Island via ferry.
