How to Get Mole Mitts in Zelda: The Minish Cap

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap was released by Nintendo in 2005 for the Game Boy Advance. It follows the adventures of Link and continues the stories told in the "Four Swords" series of games, although it is a prequel to them. In it, an item called the Mole Mitts can be acquired. When equipped, they allow Link to dig through loose walls and into the ground, uncovering new passageways and treasures. The Mole Mitts are found in the Fortress of Winds.

Instructions

- 1
  Acquire the first key in the dungeon. Run back the main room where you found the Dungeon Map, and go through the locked door on the left.

  Ride the moving white platform in the next room, dodging the stones in your path. Move into the room to the left.
- 3
  Shoot the two stone eyes while dodging the big red hand which drops from the ceiling. The hand will form a shadow around you before dropping, so move if the shadow forms around you. Run across the bridge that forms after the two stone eyes have been shot to the room to the left.

  Defeat the boss in the next room using your sword and go through the door at the bottom of the room. The door unlocks once the boss is defeated.

  Run along in a circle with the green orbs in the next room. They can't be defeated, so simply run with them in a full circle, hitting the switch on the left side of the track, and then do another half loop and exit through the door at the bottom of the screen.

  Move along the uppermost wall in the next room until you see three patterned tiles on the floor. Place a bomb on these. This will blow a hole in the wall. Run through the hole in the wall and in the next room the Mole Mitts will be waiting for you in a blue treasure chest.
