Hints & Tips for Dragon Ball Z Buu's Fury

Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury for the Gameboy Advance, published by Atari and Developed by Webfoot Technologies, starts with the "Other World Tournament Saga" and continues through the "Kid Buu Saga" in the Dragon Ball Z universe. Containing both action and role-playing game elements, Buu's Fury allows you to play as Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten and Trunks. Players are given the opportunity to select the most appropriate character for each mission, meaning that each player's experience is unique to their play style.

Supplies
- It is important to ensure that you have all supplies that you may need throughout your quest. Food and water are important to restore your health, as well as Senzu Beans. It also is important to keep Lazarus Crystals on you. Lazarus Crystals will revive you if you die. They can be purchased from the old man north of West City. Having the proper healing items will allow you to survive the hardest fights without having to retry them. Just be sure you have enough to continue your journey for a good amount of time so you don't have to continually stock up.
Leveling Up
- Leveling up is a crucial part of the game. Not only will gaining levels make you stronger, it also will allow you to pass through "level doors." To gain levels quickly, equip weights on your hands and feet, as they will increase the amount of experience points you gain in combat. Only use this method in areas where you are sure you can beat the enemies with little problem, as having the weights equipped causes you to move slower, and you will lose any stat boosts other accessories would provide. Also, once the amount of experience you collect from defeating a certain enemy becomes low, it is time to move on to another area. Once you obtain the Goku Hat, equip it to the character you are training. While it can only be worn after a character reaches level 100, it will award an extra stat point to that character every time they gain a level.
Cheats And Secrets
- The Kai Store, which sells some of the best items in the game, can be reached only once you have defeated Buu. Once he is defeated, go to the Kai planet and break through the crack in the wall on the right-hand side of the screen. There are many strong items here, as well as many that are great for leveling up your characters. There also is a glitch that will allow you to get a total of 255 Senzu Beans easily. In the "World Tournament Saga," when Gohan asks Goku to fetch him a Senzu Bean, fly to Korin's Tower as normal and get a Senzu Bean from Yajirobe. At this point, eat the bean, then head back to Gohan. Gohan still will get a bean from Goku, but if you check your inventory, you now have 255 Senzu Beans.
