How to Get in Cerulean Cave on Pokemon Fire Red

Pokemon FireRed for the Game Boy Advance is an enhanced remake of the original Pokemon Red game, which was released for the Game Boy in 1996. FireRed allows you to collect all the monsters from the original game as well as the second generation of games, including Ruby, Sapphire and Colosseum. Cerulean Cave is a location in the Pokemon world that houses a variety of high-level wild Pokemon. The strongest Pokemon in the game, Mewtwo, is located at the end of the cave. You can only enter the cave after you have beaten the Elite Four and completed the quest to restore the Network Machine.

     Take the ferry to Vermilion City.

     Fly to Cerulean City from Vermilion City.

   • 3

     Go north from Cerulean City into Route 24.

   • 4

     Surf south from Route 24. Continue to surf south until you reach the entrance to a cave.

     Enter the cave. It can only be entered near the end of the game, after you have defeated the Elite Four and repaired the Network Machine in the Sevii Islands quest.
