How to Find Lugia in Pokemon Silver

Lugia is one of the legendary Pokemon in "Pokemon Silver." As a legendary, it has some very impressive stats and makes an amazing special wall. Lugia and Ho-oh are the two legendary birds in "Pokemon Gold" and "Pokemon Silver"; in "Silver," you can get Lugia earlier than Ho-oh, and the reverse is true in "Gold."

     Go to Olivine City.

   • 2

     Surf south while staying to the right. You'll find a cave.

   • 3

     Enter the first of the four entrances to the cave.

   • 4

     Go to the right until you hit a fork. Go up the top path of the fork.

   • 5

     Go down the waterfall and surf up to find Lugia swimming in the water.
