Enter the forbidden area by passing through the waterfall located three rooms to the right of the teleport room in the Underground Reservoir. You need the Undine soul and either the Devil, Curly or Manticore soul to pass through the waterfall.

Use the Killer Mantle soul to defeat the Iron Golem with a single hit.
How Do I Get the Tsuchinoko Soul?
Go to the Dance Hall, just past the Big Golem boss fight. Use a strong weapon at a high level to kill the Tsuchinoko quickly, as it will burrow into the ground after a short time.

Kill a Final Guard, located on the Top Floor and in the Chaotic Realm.
How Do I Get the Best Ending?
Defeat Graham with the Flame Demon, Giant Bat and Succubus souls equipped. Defeat the two subsequent bosses, Julius and Chaos.
Are There Any Rewards for Getting 100 Percent of the Souls?
You will receive additional dialogue in the game's ending if you have collected 100 percent of the souls.
