  In the first phase of Vaati, he uses small orbiting eyes to attack for him. The eyes shoot lasers and cannot be attacked while shooting. Attack these eyes immediately after they are done shooting, and they will die after a swipe or two. Use Gustjar to suck the shields off of his second wave of rotating eyes. Avoid the fireballs coming out of the eye on his chest, and attack the eye with your sword after he is done firing these fireballs.

  Destroy the second phase of Vaati using your light bow. Shoot his eye bumpers until a pattern of red eyes appears. Duplicate Link in the pattern of the red eyes, and attack the eyes until they disappear. Swipe at the center eye until the bumpers reappear. Repeat three more times.

  Enter the room with the bottles of items and break them to collect health and arrows. Enter the Sanctuary. Equip the Cane of Pacci.

  Vaati is now in the form of a two-armed monster with a red eye on its body. Blast its arm with your cane when it tunnels up through the ground, freezing it.

  Hop into the mini door to become small, and enter the frozen arm. Destroy the bug with the eye that is different from the rest, thereby destroying the arm. Do the same with the remaining arm, except inside this arm, use your lamp in order to see in the darkness.

  Duplicate Link after both arms are dead. Swipe at the lightning balls that are fired by a line of eyes to destroy them, then rush to the center eye and hit it with your sword until Vaati is defeated.
