How to Become a Charmander in Pokemon

Pokémon is a monster-catching game primarily for Nintendo's line of consoles. The first games of the series, Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue, and Pokémon Yellow contain a monster called Charmander. Charmander is a powerful fire Pokémon that will evolve into a powerful flying/fire type Pokémon called Charizard. Pokémon Fire Red and Leaf Green also contain Charmanders.

Instructions

      Begin the game. After you start a new game, name your protagonist and antagonist. Then watch a couple of cut scenes.

      Leave your house. Go north, out of town. A small patch of grass is just outside of town. Once you step into the grass, Professor Oak will stop you because it is dangerous to enter the grassy area without any Pokémon for protection. He will then take you back to his lab and let you choose a starting Pokémon.

      Choose the Pokémon in the center. This is the Charmander.
