How to Multiply Pokemon on the Ruby Version

Multiplying Pokemon in the Ruby edition gives you the advantage of having a stronger party of Pokemon. Having multiples of a specific Pokemon is also an advantage when the Pokemon evolves; you will have both the evolved and the pre-form versions. The Pokemon that has been multiplied has the same level and powers as the original, but will evolve at different rates. The evolution of the original Pokemon will not automatically cause the clones to evolve. Multiples must gain experience by being played. You may repeat the steps to multiply as many Pokemon as you want.
