Help for Spongebob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom

Beat Bosses

• To beat "Battle for Bikini Bottom," you will have defeat several bosses, and there are secrets to beating each boss.

  To beat Giant Sandy, you must jump on her head, but be ready for her to retaliate. Once you have gotten Giant Sandy down to level three of health, she will hit you back with her glove.

  Giant Patrick is beaten by grabbing the robots and throwing them at Giant Patrick before they explode. If you time it right, the robots will blast Patrick.

  Robots are also used to defeat Giant Squidward. Grab the exploding robot, jump up onto one of Squidward's tentacles and throw the robot at him. The robot will explode and hurt Giant Squidward.

  SpongeBob Steelpants is the final boss you must beat to pass the game. To defeat him, you must first destroy the "Duplicatron" by hurling robots at it. When SpongeBob Steelpants comes for you, pick up "Patty Bombs" and breathe fire at him six times.

Cheat Codes

• There are several helpful cheat codes that can help you get through Battle for Bikini Bottom. To enter cheat codes, pause the game and hold down L and R simultaneously. A tone will sound to let you know that you are connected and you must enter the code quickly. To get one thousand shiny objects, the code is "YXXYYXXY." To get 10 golden spatulas, the code is "XYYXXYYX." To achieve maximum health, the code is "XXXXYXYXYYY." This can be especially helpful when trying to beat a boss. For villagers to give health when hit, the code is "YYYYYXYXXXYY." For villagers to give shiny objects when hit, the code is "YYYYYXYXXYXY." To give shiny objects greater value, the code is "YXYXXYXXXYYYYXXY."

Special Art

• If you have 100 golden spatulas, you can see a special ending when you go into the Sponge-Ball Arena. The SpongeBob theme song will play and the characters will sing and dance to it. There is also extra artwork in the third part of Bikini Bottom. Gather 40,000 shiny objects and go into the movie theater. To get in, press "R" at the door. Press the "A" button and the concept art for the game will play on the movie screen.
