Save before you try any of these cheats. This is important! None of these cheats can be deactivated by using them again, so make sure you save before you activate them. Otherwise, you're stuck with them!
Press Down, Down, Down, Triangle, Triangle, Circle, L1, R1 to get pedestrians to follow you. This can be handy if you are in need of meat shields or extra cash. Stop in the middle of the street and let your crowd get run over, then take their cash.
Tap R1, R1, L1, R1, R1, L1, Right, Circle to give pedestrians weapons. This can be handy if you need more firepower but extremely dangerous if you're not careful!
Hit L1, L1, R1, L1, L1, R1, Up, Triangle to make pedestrians attack you. This is funny but extremely dangerous, especially if you used the above cheat!
Punch L1, L1, R1, L1, L1, R1, Left, Square to cause a pedestrian riot. This will cause the pixel people to attack anything -- including you!
