Zombies & Secret Doors in Call of Duty: World at War

"Call of Duty: World at War" is a first-person shooter game in the popular "Call of Duty" franchise. It was released in 2008 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and PC. The game puts you in control of three different characters whose separate storylines serve to advance a complex, multi-layered plot centered around a World War II setting.
  1. Nazi Zombies Mini-Game

    • Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC versions of "Call of Duty: World at War" feature a zombie combat mode called "Nazi Zombies." In this mini-game, one to four players must defend themselves and their compound against wave after wave of undead Nazis. The zombies' numbers are unlimited, so the game ultimately ends when all players are overtaken. The goal is simply to see how long you can last against the zombie hordes.

    How to Unlock Nazi Zombies

    • You must beat "Call of Duty: World at War" in order to play the zombie mode. You can beat the game on any difficulty level, either with others in a co-op game or solo. Once you've beat the game, be sure to watch to the very end of the game credits. A zombie will pop up on the screen and the "Nazi Zombies" mini-game will be unlocked.

    Unlockable Rooms

    • "Nazi Zombies" features a point system. Players earn these game-points by killing or injuring the zombies. The amount of points players receive depends on the specific area of the zombie that sustains damage. The points ultimately serve to help players upgrade their weapons and gain access to new rooms within the compound.

    Secret Rooms

    • Although there are several hidden "easter eggs" that can be discovered if you know where to look, "Call of Duty: World at War" does not feature any secret rooms in zombie mode. Aside from hackers who know how to make certain modifications to the game to create additional rooms on the map, there are no rooms that are deliberately meant to be tucked away for savvy players to find.
