"Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" features several Marvel heroes that can be combined into teams to deal with specific threats. Many of the characters are unlocked through completing levels, but other characters must be unlocked using different methods. The Silver Surfer can be unlocked right away by entering a specific cheat code, or it is also possible to unlock him by completing all of a certain type of unlockable game mission.

Go to the SHIELD save game zone. Select "Change Team."

Delete all of the selected characters.

Press "Down," "Left," "Left," "Up," "Right," "Up," "Down, "Left" and "Start" to unlock the Silver Surfer as a playable character. You will hear a noise if the code has been entered correctly.
