How to Install Exploit With a GameShark

The Nintendo 64 was Nintendo's third major home console release for the international market. With the release of the Nintendo 64, several different cheat engines were released to tweak and exploit all of the available games. The GameShark system allows players to browse through a menu of preset cheats for popular games and enable or disable them before launching the game.

Instructions

  Turn off your Nintendo 64 and put the GameShark cartridge into the cartridge slot. Then place the game you wish to play into the slot on top of the GameShark.

  Power on the system and use the "Down" button to navigate to the "Select Cheat Codes" option. Press the "A" button to enter the cheat code menu.

  Navigate to the game you are about to play. Press the "A" button to enter the code menu for that game.

  Select the cheats and exploits you wish to activate with the GameShark and enable them with the "A" button. You can add new cheats by entering the code into the "Add Cheat" section.

  Return to the main menu and select the "Start Game With Selected Codes" button to play the game with the cheats you have installed.
