How to Get a Normal Police Chopper on GTA 4

With many missions being time-based in "Grand Theft Auto 4" (GTA 4), it is important to be able to move around the city as quickly as possible. The quickest way of moving around in the game is by air, where there is no traffic. This involves using one of the helicopters in the game. You can find a police helicopter by going to the top of one of the police stations in the map or by dialing a number in your phone to activate a cheat to give you the helicopter.

Instructions

- 1
  Fly, using a different helicopter, to the police station located by Francis International Airport on Algonquin Island. Land on the roof of the police station. A police helicopter is located there, available for you to fly.

  Shoot the helicopter pilot with a sniper rifle when a police helicopter is pursuing you. If the helicopter's altitude is not too great and its rotor does not strike anything, the helicopter will drop to earth, allowing you to enter it and fly it.

  Dial "3595550100" into your in-game cell phone. An armed "Annihilator" police helicopter will appear in front of you, ready for you to fly.
