Action Replay Cartridges

• There is only one way to cheat with the Nintendo Dual Screen or Game Boy Advance game series Pokemon, which is to enter codes using an Action Replay cartridge. The Action Replay is commonly referred to as an "AR," and provides codes for many Nintendo games. In the Pokemon games, users can enter codes into the AR to obtain items, maps and monsters.

Loading the Action Replay Cartridge

• When using the Action Replay to obtain the Pokemon monster "Ditto," you must load the cheat cartridge into the gaming system first, and then load the game cartridge into the back of the Action Replay cartridge. On the screen of the game system, a notification window will appear where you enter a new code and name it. That can be done by pressing "Add New Code" and typing in the desired name.

Finding the Monster "Ditto"

• Once the code has been saved, finding the new monster "Ditto" is easy. First load the game, then navigate to the "Poke Center" in the game world. "Bill's PC" is an object in the Poke Center that contains the newly obtained "Ditto." Once the "Ditto" is transferred from "Bill's PC" to your game inventory, the game must be saved. The Pokemon "Ditto" can then be used.
