GTA IV Cheats for Unlimited Ammo

Cheat Menu Access

• You must bring up your in-game cell phone to access the cheat menu. The cell phone is given to you after you complete the game's opening tutorial mission. Press "Up" on the directional pad of the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 controller to bring up the phone, or press the "Up" arrow on your PC keyboard. Enter a phone number using the on-screen keyboard to unlock a certain cheat. The cheats can then be accessed via the "Cheats" option on the phone's main menu.

First Weapons Group

• You can only carry a certain number of weapons at a time, so they are broken up into two groups. The first group of weapons contains the baseball bat, handgun, shotgun, MP5, M4, sniper rifle, RPG and grenades. Enter the number "4865550100" on the cell phone to give your character all of the above weapons as well as the maximum amount of allowable ammunition. Re-enter the number every time you are low on ammo to replenish it.

Second Weapons Group

• The second weapons group includes the knife, handgun, shotgun, Uzi, AK-47, sniper rifle, RPG and Molotov cocktails. Enter the number "4865550150" into the cell phone to give your character all of the listed weapons, plus the maximum amount of ammo they can hold. Enter the code again whenever you are getting low on ammunition to replenish it instantly.

Replenish Ammo and Health

• Enter the number "4825550100" into your in-game cell phone for full health, full armor and to replenish your stock of ammunition for your current weapons. You can use this whenever you are low on ammunition to instantly give your character the maximum amount.
