Background
In Archangel, you play as a supernatural character that must embark on a quest to defeat the Lord of Darkness. During the game, you are aided by the Lord of Light, and must defeat a variety of enemies, solve puzzles and talk to other characters before you reach the showdown with the Lord of Darkness.
Invincibility Cheat
To enable this cheat, you must edit a file in the Archangel folder within the Program Files folder on your PC. The file that you must edit is called "standard.feel" and can be found in the "archangel/bin" directory. Open the file with Notepad and find the line that reads "invulnerable 0." Change this line so that it reads "invulnerable 1" instead. The character you play in archangel will now be invincible.
Cheat Mode
There is a cheat mode that can be activated in Archangel. This cheat will give you unlimited ammunition, unlimited pickaxes, all keys and automatic access to the boat. To enable this cheat mode, you have to press "M," "F," and "X" all at the same time during the game.
Defeat the Lord of Darkness Cheat
At the end of the game, you face the Lord of Darkness in a battle that will end the story. The Lord of Darkness will not fight you, but instead sends his helpers to attack you. There are also three helpers at an elevated position that throw fireballs at you, and you will see a door with a bar across it. The cheat here is not to concentrate on defeating the helpers or attacking the Lord of Darkness himself. Instead, use your Sword of Light to hit the bar on the door. Once the bar has been destroyed, the Lord of Light will emerge and the Lord of Darkness will be defeated.
