Water is the Giver of Life
Shoot any water fountain, hydrant or other water-giving item, stand in the water and press the "Action" button. Duke's health will slowly refill.
Hidden Treats
During the mission titled "L.A. Meltdown," turn on the projector, then shoot a rocket-propelled grenade at the screen. Through the hole created, you'll find shotgun ammo and a jet pack. During the stadium level, shoot the blimp; ammo, health and other items will fall from the sky.
Power Boost
Walk up to any toilet and press "Triangle." Duke's power will receive a boost.
Pipe Bombs Galore
To throw many pipe bombs, throw one, then press "Circle" to launch another.
Turbo Kick
Press "L1," "L2," "R1," "R2" while hitting "Square" to execute a turbo kick.
