Sega Mortal Kombat Cheats

Mortal Kombat is a fighting game developed by Probe and released by Acclaim on the Sega Genesis. The game is based on the popular arcade game in which players can take control of a roster of international fighters participating in a violent fighting tournament to decide the fate of Earth. There are several cheats available to help players get the upper hand on their opponents.

Blood Code
- Do not press anything at the title screen in order to bring up the story screen. At the story screen, enter the following code: A, B, A, C, A, B, B. This will allow your game to display blood.
Cheat Menu
- Select the "Options" option in the main menu, then enter the following code: Down, Up, Left, Left, A, Right, Down. This will open a cheat menu with various options that can affect gameplay.
Reptile
- When fighting on the "Pit" stage in a one-player game, if you get a flawless victory in both battles and perform a fatality, you will fight a secret battle in the bottom of the pit against a secret character: Reptile.
